Responsibilities
- Execute complex POS transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining premium customer experience
- Lead cash handling procedures including safe balancing, deposit preparation, and discrepancy resolution
- Mentor junior staff on customer service excellence and operational best practices
- Process returns/exchanges according to company policy while preserving customer relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to store management
- Uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance brand presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years high-volume cashier experience in luxury or premium retail
- Expert knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS) and payment processing
- Proven ability to handle $10,000+ daily cash transactions with perfect reconciliation
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
- Basic inventory management and loss prevention awareness
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
