Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service while operating provided equipment (POS systems, inventory scanners, etc.)
- Assist customers with product selection and store navigation
- Process transactions using provided point-of-sale systems
- Organize and maintain store displays using provided fixtures and tools
- Operate inventory management equipment for stock tracking
- Participate in store operations using provided cleaning and maintenance tools
- Collaborate with team members using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Ability to operate provided retail technology (no personal tech required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided support equipment
- No prior retail experience necessary (training provided)
