Responsibilities
- Process in-store transactions using modern POS systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person and remote digital channels
- Manage inventory reconciliation and reporting via remote access portals
- Train on new procedures through our virtual learning platform
- Assist with online order fulfillment and curbside pickups
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout areas
- Collaborate with remote support team to resolve customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proficient with POS systems and digital communication tools
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
- Valid California Driver's License for occasional off-site tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
