Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide friendly, efficient service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns
- Scan, bag, and merchandise products while maintaining organized checkout areas
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness
- Adhere to all safety protocols, sanitation standards, and loss prevention policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months of customer service or retail experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to multiple Columbus locations
