Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided POS systems and mobile devices for transactions
- Utilize provided visual merchandising tools to create eye-catching displays
- Manage inventory using handheld scanners and digital tracking systems
- Assist customers with product information using provided tablets and catalogs
- Process returns/exchanges using standardized equipment and protocols
- Collaborate with team members using provided communication devices
- Maintain store appearance with provided cleaning and maintenance tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods using provided support equipment
- Strong communication skills with customer service focus
- Reliable transportation to store location
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
