- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions with strict attention to accuracy and security protocols.
- Assist with inventory organization and restocking shelves to maintain a neat and appealing store environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
