Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products and services.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring all balances are correct at the end of the shift.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Adhere to all company policies, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail is preferred but not mandatory; training is provided.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
