Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and performing regular inventory counts accurately.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions efficiently at the register, handle returns/exchanges, and manage payments securely.
- Visual Merchandising: Support the store team in visual displays and ensuring product presentation meets brand standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with management and peers to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is a must.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Reliability: Demonstrated dependability with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Basic Math: Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform tasks on your feet.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
