Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle returns.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise to ensure the store is organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by performing regular cleaning duties.
- Upsell products and promote current sales promotions to meet personal and store targets.
- Collaborate with team members to execute visual merchandising standards and store events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
