Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory processes including stock receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Support store opening/closing procedures including safety checks and cash balancing
- Participate in product training to maintain cutting-edge brand expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization and state ID
