Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Efficiently process transactions using our advanced POS system while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising during off-peak hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to store cleanliness and visual standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume cashier experience in luxury retail
- Proven ability to maintain perfect cash handling accuracy
- Expertise with modern POS systems (Square, Shopify POS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
