Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, cycle counts, and visual merchandising
- Operate point-of-sale systems and assist with returns/exchanges per company policy
- Uphold store appearance standards through organized displays and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Participate in product training to stay current on inventory and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
