Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising to create compelling displays and maintain store aesthetics
- Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math aptitude for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license (if handling deliveries)
