Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Perform basic visual merchandising tasks to keep the store looking its best.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
