Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with product selections.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required – we provide paid training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
