Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Organize, stock, and rotate merchandise to ensure optimal store presentation
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and shipment processing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols, and operational procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail in inventory and visual merchandising
- High school diploma or equivalent required
