Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Visual merchandising: arrange displays, signage, and promotional materials to drive sales
- Inventory management: stock shelves, conduct cycle counts, and process shipments
- Uphold store standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and point-of-sale systems
