Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise delivered to the store.
- Organize, arrange, and display products on shelves and racks to ensure a neat and appealing presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock items promptly to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Rotate stock according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to ensure product freshness.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during morning shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift boxes, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and pricing accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
