Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service with genuine smiles and product knowledge
- Scan, bag, and organize merchandise efficiently while maintaining cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when needed
- Balance cash registers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management during downtime

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months of cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
