Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to maximize sales conversions
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining 100% inventory accuracy
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities to meet/exceed KPIs
- Collaborate with team members during peak traffic periods and promotions
- Implement loss prevention protocols to protect store assets
- Contribute to inventory management through cycle counts and replenishment
Qualifications
- 2+ years premium retail or luxury customer experience
- Expertise in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong visual merchandising and product knowledge skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma with college coursework preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for store errands
