About the Role:
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure our customers have an unforgettable shopping experience while maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer any questions regarding our merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Replenish inventory on the sales floor and organize back-stock areas as needed.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in store visual merchandising and maintenance tasks to uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 4-8 hours).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
