Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and professional demeanor
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Assist with stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Operate scanning equipment and price verification tools
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
