Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays per brand standards
- Assist in inventory control, including stock receiving and reconciliation
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in product training to stay current on fashion trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachable communication style
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of fashion retail trends a plus
- Reliable transportation to Easton location
