Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and display areas with high-quality products to maintain visual appeal and availability.
- Unload incoming shipments and organize stock efficiently according to company safety and layout guidelines.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Ensure the warehouse and sales floor remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily stocking targets and deadlines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
