Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and backrooms with merchandise according to planograms
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock counts
- Process inbound shipments and organize receiving areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain safety standards
- Assist with markdowns, resets, and seasonal merchandising
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Participate in store safety compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic inventory system experience preferred (RF scanning, SAP, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Team player with excellent communication skills
