- Manage cash drawer reconciliation and daily reporting
- Assist with inventory management and stocking merchandise
- Maintain clean and organized checkout area
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Support team members with stocking and store operations during downtime
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of cashier or customer service experience
- Proficient with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
