Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using modern Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with strict adherence to company security and accounting policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high retention rates.
- Keep the sales floor and checkout areas clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
