- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Visual merchandising to maintain brand aesthetics and product displays
- Operate inventory management systems for stock rotation and replenishment
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Execute loss prevention protocols and store security procedures
- Participate in seasonal promotions and store events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
