Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments according to planogram specifications
- Organize and rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO principles
- Maintain clean, orderly stockroom and sales floor areas
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification tasks
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store transitions
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Report maintenance issues or stock discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts, Monday through Friday
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising aptitude
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with strong communication skills
