Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized shopping experiences and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging store displays
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Contribute to sales targets through upselling and product recommendations
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards according to company policies
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build customer rapport
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
