Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments during early morning shifts
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and inventory guidelines
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during stocking activities
Qualifications
- Ability to work 3-5 AM shifts with consistent availability
- Previous retail or warehouse stocking experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for potential deliveries)
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
