Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer transactions using POS systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate cash registers, handle cash/credit transactions, and balance daily shifts
- Stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and execute merchandising plans
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Support team members during peak hours and special promotions
Qualifications
- Previous cash handling or retail experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
- Must pass background check and drug screening
