Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations, inventory checks, and personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays to maximize customer engagement
- Conduct inventory management including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols across all customer and staff areas
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience with proven sales aptitude
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Strong communication skills with ability to resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license required for occasional inventory runs
