Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves and displays according to planogram standards
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and pricing on products
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store opening preparation
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Report maintenance issues and stock discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Must be available to start shifts between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM daily
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory counting abilities
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore locations
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
