Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and size assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, displays, and inventory management
- Support loss prevention by monitoring fitting rooms and adhering to security protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets through upselling and loyalty program enrollment
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise to maintain store presentation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license for potential store transfers
