Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided POS systems, scanners, and digital tools for transactions and inventory management
- Deliver personalized customer service using provided tablets for product demonstrations
- Maintain store appearance with supplied cleaning equipment and merchandising tools
- Process shipments using provided handheld devices and automated inventory systems
- Train on new technologies using supplied tablets and VR training modules
- Assist with visual merchandising using provided digital design tools and display fixtures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn provided systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts using provided ergonomic equipment
- Strong communication skills with customer service focus
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required with equipment training
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport if needed)
