Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product expertise and personalized recommendations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash register security
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure product availability
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math aptitude and comfort with POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
