Job Summary
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure our customers have an exceptional shopping experience by providing friendly service, maintaining store appearance, and assisting with sales transactions.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high operational standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required—we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and pricing.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
