Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Drive sales by proactively engaging customers, identifying needs, and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Maintain store visual standards through merchandising, restocking, and inventory management
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash/returns accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols and monitoring for suspicious activity
- Assist in training new associates on brand standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
