Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising plans including restocking, displays, and promotional signage
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, counting, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures including safety checks
- Actively identify and report maintenance issues affecting store operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
