Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, displays, and seasonal promotions
- Assist in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Actively participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale technology
