Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the register, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and restocking supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
