As a Stocker, you play a vital role in our daily operations. You will ensure our customers have access to the products they need, when they need them. We offer a supportive work environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and organize merchandise in the backroom efficiently.
- Restock shelves and displays according to company standards and visual merchandising plans.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and rotated to maintain freshness.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management immediately.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service as needed during the morning rush.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
