Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with provided tablets and POS systems
- Operate store equipment including cash registers, scanners, and inventory tools
- Process transactions using company-provided mobile devices
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with supplied fixtures and displays
- Utilize provided walkie-talkies for team communication and coordination
- Process returns using company-issued equipment and software
- Assist with inventory counts using provided scanning tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (training provided on company equipment)
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided support gear
- Strong communication skills with access to provided communication devices
- Reliable transportation to Chicago location
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible weekends/holidays with provided scheduling tools
