Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming smile and offer personalized assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing merchandise, dusting displays, and ensuring stock levels are sufficient.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishing shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Clean and organize the stockroom and fitting areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
