- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records across multiple platforms
- Validate data integrity through quality checks and reconciliation processes
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to deadlines
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams during crossover periods
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error-prevention mindset
- High-speed reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
