- Accurately input, verify, and manage 500+ daily data entries across CRM and ERP systems
- Perform quality assurance checks using automated validation tools to ensure 99.9% data accuracy
- Process confidential documents with HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with offshore teams during shift overlap periods
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) for data reconciliation
- Adhere to strict SLAs with 99.5% on-time delivery rate
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry or administrative roles
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience with Salesforce or SAP data management systems preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet home office space
