Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Transcribe information from various physical and digital formats into digital systems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client data.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Perform routine quality checks on completed data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Must possess a typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
