Responsibilities

- Perform data quality audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Process customer information, financial records, and operational metrics
- Generate daily/weekly reports for departmental review
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
