Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Generate and analyze daily data reports using Microsoft Excel and proprietary systems
- Collaborate with global team members via virtual communication tools
- Adhere to strict data security protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through systematic troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office setup
